We are looking for motivated and experienced Telesales Agents with technical background and fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for moderate to complex special projects
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must possess solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Skills: Customer Service, Self-Confidence, Goal Orientation, Effective Communication Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
- Excellent in English communication, both orally and in writing
IT skills:
- Must be familiar with the MS Windows interface and its components
- Usage of Windows Explorer
- Familiarity with multiple internet browsers
- Knowledge of Team Viewer
Work environment:
- Quiet work place
- Fast and reliable internet connection
