Greetings Virginia is URGENTLY HIRING Inside Sales Agents/Appointment Setters!
An inside sales agent/ISA is a real estate specialist responsible for generating and qualifying leads and conducting cold calls.
We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken person with tremendous phone skills and the ability to close deals quickly. You will work most of your time on the computer and phone, making cold calls, taking inbound real estate sales calls, and making outbound lead calls. We need someone who can convert calls and leads into qualified appointments and closed deals for our agents. You will need to be exceptional at overcoming obstacles and changing a "No" into a "Yes!'"

Standards of the Inside Sales Agent:
You will generate leads daily. You will make at least 40 contacts each day, resulting in 5-10 Nurture leads and 1-2 introductions per day.
A "Nurture" has expressed an interest to buy or sell in the next 12 months that we will not meet with now and will place onto a Nurture campaign. The purpose of a Nurture campaign is to be the real estate agent that they hire. This is accomplished by:
