I wonder why did I even apply for his job and he does not pay or replenish his account on time and he blames outbounders for that and we ended up with pending amounts.....Worst part is he does not even know how to talk to his agents properly... I should have checked his ratings first.

I would NEVER click a star if it was an option and here's why: THE ADVERTISE JOB he wants you to complete has an approximate completion time of-AT LEAST 52 (fifty-two) HOURS & 26 (twenty-six) MINS! Which he wants you to complete in a 4-hour shift. I timed my work as accurate as I could and worked 6 hours and 50 mins overtime for free so my data is enough to prove the job he wants me to complete in a 4-hour shift is IMPOSSIBLE to deliver by a NORMAL BREATHING HUMAN BEING like me. If you're an Outbounder reading this, send me an email and I'll send you proofs why you shouldn't even consider working with this guy. I have always been respectful since you hired me but you didn't even have the balls to explain to me why my explanation about the job being IMPOSSIBLE to complete in a 4-hour shift is WRONG! Instead, you went ahead and ended the campaign and gave me a 1 star rating I CERTAINLY didn't deserve. May you find peace in your heart, Mr. Millar.
