I understand the value of money that is why i work hard at my best with each campaign. my first day he called me on skype 30 mins earlier my shift and that's fine for training. But when I started making calls and gave him 2 leads for less than 2 hours he asked me to work extra 30mins only to check the following day, It was not paid. I was only paid 2 hours. I do understand you Yemi but you need to value your agents if you want to make your campaign work. Thank you, good luck and God Speed!
